I expect a renovation and possibly a food court of sorts. I don’t think the buffet is coming back soon. The waitress/waiter will ask you when you are ready for your meal and bring it to your table. You can have all the salad, soup or dessert you want as it is self serve. Don’t know if you can substitute for fries or baked potato. All meals come with mashed potatoes/gravy and green beans. NY Steak, Chicken, Salmon or Mongolian BBQ. Probably a good idea to decide ahead of time what you would like. It’s like a sit and order restaurant though you order your entree when you enter and pay.

Staff turnover is always a reflection upon management. There has been some staff turnover, and hope that it was for positive reasons. Considering that this is a buffet, the restaurant is elegant, well staffed, the service is attentive.
